HP Envy 17 Downgrade to Window 7

Hi Guys,

I have a Clients Notebook (HP Envy 17 ) and downgraded or should I say upgraded it from Windows 8 to Windows 7.
Well now I am stuck and I need three Drivers:

- USB3 Driver (Universal Serial Bus Controller)
DeviceId PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C31&SUBSYS_1966103C&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0

- Unknown Device (Presumably the Webcam)
DeviceId
ACPI\HPQ6007

Anyone else tried it? Or might be able assist?

After searching a bit more I managed to find the -Unknown Device- now only the USB Driver

I have that exact computer running Windows 7. Not sure if it will help, but feel free to contact me if you need me to check the configuration or send you a dll.

Do you have a model number for the chipset of the USB?

What version of windows 8 was it? If it is Pro then HP can do a downgrade to Win 7 pro for your client.
