:confused: I am experiencing a problem when trying to print a 9 page pdf file which I received yesterday for an Engineering Firm in JHB. The first time I tried I got the message about "Spooler sub system app" and then I was unable to print anything after. I carried out a system restore which got me going again. Tried it again again today with the same catastrophic (to me anyway) results.
Anyone know how to solve this or have and email address for the HP help site. I have no problems with one page pdf files with no problem.
I need help urgently. :mad:
 
How big is the PDF? Could be the printer memory is locking up. When it happens again, instead of a restore, navigate to C:\Windows\system32\spool and delete the printer spool document there - might help.
