On the 31st October 2019 I purchased a new i7 Laptop from Makro and as a bonus, HP were running a promotion whereby I qualified for a free voucher for Dis-Chem, Uber, Sportsmans Warehouse if registered by the 31st October 2019. I registered the voucher via the instructions and received confirmation that my voucher would be processed. On 4th November 2019, I received an email asking me what voucher I would prefer and that the HP Team are working through the promotional vouchers and if there were any issues, someone from the HP Team would contact me.
Today is the 18th November (18 days after the close of the promotion) and I have not received my voucher or any further correspondence from the HP Team. I am sure that there were not thousands of qualifying laptops sold during the promotional period and hence my consternation at the time it has taken thus far to receive an email or the voucher.
HP is a large organisation and I have no clue on how to escalate this issue as my emails sent to the address given for the voucher go unanswered. The email address is: info@hpbefree.co.za
If anyone is able to assist, I would be grateful.
