I have the HP Officejet 8500A Plus connected to my home network via WIFI. Printing works perfectly, but when I try to scan (using the HP Scan software) a connection cannot be established with the printer.
I tried completely disabling my software firewall (Symantec endpoint protection), but still no luck.
Any help will be much appreciated.
