OT Sickbeard + SABnzbd question :

My setup doesn't seem to download new episodes. I am currently just updating a couple of series that I haven't watched in forever, so only noticed now that when a new episode airs my setup doesn't automatically download it. For instance the latest Game of Thrones. I manually changed S02E01 to Wanted so that worked and it downloaded, but now when S02E02 aired it didn't download it and the status in Sickbeard is set to Skipped.

Silly questions first, is SB constantly running? Skipped generally means you've missed the episode, it happens to me if the PC was off that evening and there's a threshold beyond which it will mark an episode as skipped & not download.

2nd, is the show paused?

Yip, check if its paused .

Also what quality is it set on as mine grabbed them perfectly ( 720p min) .

Also have the Sickbeard as your primary then nzbsrus followed lastly by matrix. I find nzbsrus to be quicker in indexing. You can drag the order it's scanned.

Check if it's in the shutdown screen, was playing around with all the skins and one of them had the system in the shutdown screen.
Personally Transparency is the best skin. It's big in size but has a lot of advanced settings already enabled .

I have this problem as well. I've ordered a USB sound card to see if i can get 3.5mm audio out.

Looks like running rca from tv back to amp is the only other way besides USB auio . Unless your TV has ARC
There goes my 7.2 audio. Has anybody succeeded in getting sound to their receiver without a return cable from TV to amp ?

It has come down. Was R1,600 odd when I purchased it.
Output one does the split between HDMI and Toslink (still carries the audio on the HDMI though so you don't lose it).
Output two is just HDMI.

On my setup I have my HD PVR, HP Microserver, XBox360 and WDTV Live Hub hooked up. Output one to my projector and amp. Output two to bedroom TV. You can assign any input to any output. Real handy.

Yeah it is running constantly and isn't paused. Will play around over the weekend. Not completely comfortable with the setup yet.

Okay I see the new Greys Anatomy did however download, so probably just a glitch with Game of Thrones.

The MSI HD5450 does not come with a LP bracket. Me being eager to start setup was unphased, cut top off with dremmel.
Now fits nicely!
Also OpenELEC installed flawlessly and video & audio works thru hdmi & onkyo receiver.
Only problem now is HD's. Does OpenElec read both ntfs & ext3?
2 drives are ntfs and 1 linux & just don't have space to move around stuff to reformat one by one.

Whats the status of the show? did you not mistakenly pause it. go into the show and then edit and check there.

Am downloading it now and will report back in a few minutes .

Have you tried the other skins ?? I must admit, i see this wasn't in the standard skin repo and theres alot more on the forum O_O, it looks very good.

Hdmi cable from pc to receiver. It decodes audio and then passes video down another Hdmi cable to the tv. Proper avr though
