My HP laptop has been running very slowly. So I took it into the one and only HP Service Centre in Midrand. I was told that the fan needs replacement. It's out of warranty. I sent my laptop in over a month ago and still have not received a quotation on it. 

Has anyone been experiencing the same grief as I have with HP?
