MTN HSDPA Signal strength very low. Is there a way to get the signal stronger without buying an antenna? I have a MTN tower about 500m from me but am only picking up 1 bar on signal strength. Unless the tower is not HSDPA enabled. But I highly doubt that. It is in the middle of off residential area.

Which modem / data card are you using?

If it is the E220, using a longer USB cable and putting the modem higher up definitely improves signal strength.:)
 
I have E220. I'm on the 1ste floor of building and have put it as high as I can. Also positioning it towards the one tower has improved it. I am getting about 1 to 3 bars. Is that sufficient for playing WOW??
