Yes - actually, even on Cell-C I've found that mobile internet is faster than ADSL in my area... so maybe that's what he's saying.
What's really amazing is the up-speed. But unfortunately you DO pay for it.

(and I live in an area which has billboards all over the place saying "go fibre", but no way of any residential person actually getting it!!)
