This is probably going to be my last try at getting this to work 
I'm hoping someone here can help.
I have a Desire on Vodacom prepaid. I bought the phone in Singapore in December. For the life of me I cannot get MMS to work. I have followed numerous how-to's on the local Android forums, followed the step-by-step picture tutorial provided by Vodacom (for 2.1 and 2.2) and even read most of the pages in the HTC Desire post in this forum.
Basically all the settings I have found from these sources are pretty much the same and none have worked. I know I am being sent MMSs because I keep getting "Generic Failure" when trying to receive them, and in Messages I have to option to download the image - but that leads to the failure notification. Vodacoms *111# device setup doesn't have settings for my phone even though it detects HTC Desire
I hope the problem isn't my phone being from Singapore - but I don't see how it would be. If any one can help I'd really appreciate it.
