HTC Diamond does not show caller ID

Hi all.

I have searched high and low for a solution..

My HTC Diamond (WM6) has stopped showing me caller ID when someone calls me. It does not show any of my contacts nor any phone numbers only "Private caller".
Incoming call history also shows only "Private" calls.

I can see who sends sms's

Any help will be appriciated.

[Problem fixed - was a service provider "hiccup" where they deleted my call line identification]

i just sent my HTC touch diamond back.. it is a great, stylish phone with all the gadgets i was looking for in my upgrade. did you also have problems with a ***** battery life? mine wouldn't even last half a day...

I only have/make a few calls a day and don't use it extensivley - lasts about 3 days. If bluetooth on... one day.

I am always charging the phone whenever I am near a PC so battery life not too much of an issue.
I do believe there is a larger battery available.

Battery life is shocking on all HTC's - I have the Tytn - have to charge it every night; Sometimes it doesn't even last a full day.

Back where? Its the phone, the battery on 3G is very very very bad. Its ok on GSM, I hope you didnt send it in for repairs....
