Wondering if anyone can help me or has the same problem I have. It's more of an inconvenience than a problem but anyway. Every time I plug my phone into my PC, it resets the ring tone. It resets it to the "Ring-WindowsMobile" tone and I have to change it back to the mp3 I use as my ring tone after I unplug it from my PC.

Try moving the MP3 to the phone's internal memory. When plugging it in, the phone might be switching to Mass-storage mode. The phone doesn't see the memory card as usable in this time, so it reverts to the standard ringtone.

Yeah that is most likely the problem, it is not seeing the Mp3 anymore so it goes to default. Move the Mp3 and it should solve it.
