HTC Legend on cell c

Can someone please help me to set up the mms and internet setting on a HTC Legend on cell c. I've tried Cellc helpline, but they couldnt help.

Didn't it ask you if you want to download the settings? cause I bought a Cell C 24gb sim yesterday and put it on my xperia x10 and it automatically downloaded the settings.

Where do I enter these settings?

From the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings, then tap Wireless & networks.
Tap Mobile networks, next tap Access Point Names.
On the APNs screen, press MENU and then tap New APN.
On the Edit access point screen, enter the APN settings. Tap an APN setting item to edit it.
Press MENU and then tap Save.
