HTC Magic ROM Suggestions

Hi, Rooted and loaded a custom recovery. Need some suggestions for a stable rom, with everything working. Any ideas?

Cyanogen 6 there is no other

FuseBox 1.3 is the most stable ROM. I'm using it.

What process did you follow to root your magic? And was it on 1.5 before you rooted it?

It was on 1.5 with Sense UI before I upgraded.

I dunno if that qualifies for root - it gives you recovery, from which you can install a rom with superuser. I'm a noob, rooted and rom'd my desire last week. Just helping out a friend.

Can you post the link please. I've been to the xda thread, there's a lot of roms requiring an update to the Engineering SPL and Radio. Does Cyanogen also require this. If so do I just follow the xda guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=605239
