HTC is set to launch it’s new SDK toolkit and mobile developer support programer later this year.

I think this caters for the devs who want to program with HTC's Sense UI in an Android environment. I think it would be aimed at devs who already code for Android so they can now code for their Sense 3.0

Yes which is why they need to get devs to stop working on the old sense and work on coding for the new one haha
