I am in the market for a new phone.I have looked at Nokia's but their front keys are to small. The HTC has larger keys. Can anyone give me some serious advice about this phone.I have large fingers and failing eyesight Nokia produces phones for dextrous persons otherwise I would purchase the E90 communicator.

i have a s710 and its great, the s740 has more memory and much faster cpu
and WM6.1
i love the slide out qwerty keyboard

hint : google for HTC S740 problems and take it from there.

If you google for HTC S730 problems, you'll get a lot of hits.

Good luck.

I have a friend who has the 710 he also swears by it.My only problem is changing from Nokia after the very first one was introduced to Windows.Which at my age would be a great feat.

the thing is, if you google any phone on the market you will get many "problem" hits
doing it this way, you'll go crazy. no phone is perfect
take the one you like the most on your contract for free and learn to live with it
or spend thousands and get exactly what you want (not worth it)

I have done the same. The HTC is rated at approximately 7.5 against Nokia's 8.3 on average performance etc etc.I don't need a phone with to many bells and whistles I need a phone with clarity and BIG front keys which is easy to answer and can receive MMS and where I can read telephone numbers easily.I did own a Nokia 9300 best phone I ever had. Current phone Nokia 73 biggest junk ever made.
