HTC TYTN 2 - Direct push email

Hi all,

Wondering if someone might be able to help me. I have my email (microsoft exchange) set up on my phone. When i do send receive it displays the following:
It connects
Syncronises folder
Looks for changes
Does Email: xx/xx
Displays finised

Yet the result is not the same as my actual email. It is as if it is only some of the mails.

I have done a hard reset but stil the problem remains?
 
I had the same problem with my TYTN I. I resetup the mail with USB cable and my laptop and now it works fine. Sorry I can't be of more help! :D
 
Oh ok. Wonder if someone tried connecting using OWA to have push email wherever u are.
 
i use to use OWA on my KJam, didn't really have any issues with it. Was actually really handy

Have you configured it to download x days worth of mail? By default it's only 3 days.
 
Hi everyone,

Thanks for the help. I will try set it up again using my laptop.

I have changed the setting to do all my mail, headers only.
