HTC TyTN / Imate JasJam

uhh, guys, hate to be a stick in the mud, but this is not a warez forum. There are other places for such requests, see patrick's post.

Just for all those (superior) mac users out there....

I just got my TyTN's Internet working with my mac via Bluetooth on WM6
1. Pair the Mac with the phone
2. Open Internet Sharing on the Phone and connect to the Internet via Bluetooth PAN on the PC Connection
3. Click on the Mac Bluetooth Icon and connect via Bluetooth PAN

3 Simple steps :)

My bad for mentioning that 'The Word That Cannot Be Said'. I'm reminded of Harry Porter,....Voldermont. Lol:cool:

Anmyway, agreed, never will I say that word again!

Yep, thats the same as AKU3 ... been doing it like that now for about 2.5 weeks ... didn't know you were struggling with it

Mobile skin is a bit of a dud. When my phone goes into "sleep" and it brings up the Now screen, the phone hangs on any incoming calls ...

Lol, there's nothing more annoying than that. As for me, I actually realised that my fw does not like Spb apps, so I unistalled all of them and now the phone has no issues (well, except for some bit of slowness).

heheh - didn't know it existed :P

I'm very happy it works like that.... cause today i forgot my E220 at home, and had to get onto the net with my phone.

Pffft

Please excuse a n00b, and I'm sorry if this has come up before.

My damn alarm has a mind of its own. It is turned off but will ring at anytime it pleases.

Please help

i had that problem with the initial rom i got from HTC back in February... it was very annoying. Apparently there's some alarm server in the phone - and it doesn't clear the alarms properly from time to time.

I don't know how i fixed it.... but when i upgraded to WM6 it was fixed...

i was about tho create an UNDERWATER HTC at one point... very annoying indeed

WA2 + Vista theme

I tried the WisBar Adv 2 (WA2) with Vista themes last night. Looks great ansd the sounds/notifications are great (though my task bar remained greyed out). I must admit that I liked it quite a lot. Pity cause it draimed my RAM, Some apps took a lil' bit longer to open/execute. So I had no choice but to disable it.... Will uninstall it later.

Can some of you guys using Black Dymond please comment on its stability.
I've been itching to try it, but there seems to be pro's and cons to the current release. Is there any other ROM out there that is better?

Thanks!

Things i don't like about Dymond:
- Sometimes the buttons (eg Messaging/Green Telephone/Internet) don't seem to open their applications. It looks like nothing is happening - or that it's very slow - but actually it is already open, it's just not being displayed. So if you wanted to phone someone by pressing the Green button, u think it's not responding - and then when u press it again, it actually redials the last call you've made.

This has happened to me about 6 times... not that bad....
I'm not really sure which other ROM to go for. Am also looking for something better.

I agree with Atmosphere! The ROM is generaly slightly slower than the one I had previously. I'm just waiting for an official ROM from Leaf, maybe that will be better.

Thanks Guys! Seems I'll stick with the LSVW version I'm using currently then.
It doesn't have the sleek look of the Black Roms, but it's very stable.

Agreed. LVSW's latest one is not the fastest, but it's fast enough and really stable.
