HTC TyTN / Imate JasJam

Hey, how do i change the splash screen of WM6? i have searched but isntt there a way inwhich you can just overight the image? wot are the options?

I use TCPMP .. this player is really cool. it allows you to play/stream music over WiFi connections amoung others and doubles as your picture viewer and most PDF's as well .. adjustable equalizer etc etc etc

Hi I am new here.
I would like to know if MTN blocks HSDPA on the HTC TYTN they sell.
All MTN's add's show the TYTN at 3G, all other sites shows as HSDPA
If so is there a way to activate HSDPA

I used it for awhile 1.50 and 1.51, 1.5 was more stable than 1.51 which drained my battery very quickly - my phone was full when i left my house at about 7:30 a.m and by 12:00 p.m my battery was at 10%. I still find the best one which I have reverted back to is 1.41.

Hi shaddow, welcome to the forum.

HSDPA works fine on the TyTn when using the MTN network. I get very decent speeds when I have good HSDPA coverage.
 
So what's the consensus lately... which rom is best? I have been on the Black Satin Rom and been very happy.... strange how i dont even notice errors or stuff as i used to before. If it's not broken - don't fix it, i know - but is there anything better? I'm using Radio 1.43 - had 1.5x on and loads of people wouldn't get through to me... the phone wouldn't ring! and i wouldn't know about it.... just got messages of missed calls!
 
Radio 1.51 - I have also noticed the battery drain on that ... will be going back to 1.50 - been the most stable for me.

I am also still on Black Satin, and I have no complaints. However, I have downloaded TNT 2.0 as well as Schaps' 3.54c and 3.60 ... might go with the latter (to get the latest up-to-date OEM apps)
 
i have a problem.

i downloaded the wm6 thing from htc.
my pc runs vista.

so i plug in tytn. connect with sync center and say go ...
i keep getting disconnected errors.

any ideas/help/clues?
 
Any ROM suggestions ?

Been using Black Satin for the last while, but I am not blown away by it ....... seems about the same as Majik ( without the HTC Home plugin )

Anyone really happy with the ROM they are using ?

Would you recommend it ?
