HTC Vive with Valve - mind-blowing VR

I am all yaaaaaay for new tech, but good Lord, these things are huge.

Worries me how many contenders and different tech is in this space now. It is good for competition but none of them seem to follow a standard. Will I have to own 5 different VR headsets just to experience all the games and apps one day? :erm:

If it continues in this vein then I will likely not even own one.

That's more of a software/engine support question, Epic and Unity have both hinted at support for the Vive, so as long as games have generic support it will be fine. Same way that you can play an android game on a variety of different phones.

If people refused to wear 3D glasses how long are they going to keep up with wearing these massive things
