HTC Windows 7 phones

Well I have tried the traditional route to try and get some information on the new HTC Windows 7 phones that normally works - contact the company. In this case, Leaf doesn't really seem to care much. A phone call earlier in the week and a message left was not returned, and even though they have a re-vamped website, the "Drop us a line" didn't seem to get to anyone either because my message through this avenue also has not been acknowledged or returned.

Seeing as Leaf cannot give me any information on the new phones release in SA, is any one else out there able to help. MTN is just as useless saying either they have not heard of the phones I ask about or that I must contact them next year - maybe they will have further information.

Having used HTC phones for the last 6 years or so andwanting to continue using them, this is not going down well. Service and support guys - this is what it is all about!

Asked a friend of mine who works for Nashua and basically the only information they have so far is on the HTC Mozart which they hope is coming end of November. No info yet on the HD7 etc.
The also have a price for the Mozart at R4400 ex vat. (approx)
I too am very interested in and excited about the WP7 phones. Hoping to get my hands on a Dell Venue Pro (because of the 4.1" AMOLED gorilla glass screen), the Omnia 7 (4.0" AMOLED screen) or the HD7 (4.3" Super LCD screen) ... In that order
Contract is due for upgrade mid December so praying they come to us just before then

I too have had our cell companies told me they have not heard of this new phone I am talking about.

And they are supposed to be in the business of cellphones and technology - I mean it's only a device thats on the head lines of each tech web site in the world for the last couple of months. Quite pathetic if you ask me.
