A friend of mine would like to buy from elecasa.weebly.com, unfortunately it looks like a scam.
Has anyone bought from them before?
Evidence:
Strong:
1) The email address is with a free Russian host, very unusual in SA.
2) The person claims to be located here: Google maps link
3) Prices are "too good to be true" (claimed to be dock sales)
4) weebly.com
Weak:
1) They have no presence on bidorbuy (unusual for a small sales company that is starting out)
2) Static web page (Although, a legitimate small business might not be capable of building a rich web store.)
