Receiving Packages and Mail
We provide you with a real UK or USA street address. This is not a PO Box service, you can use it to receive mail from courier companies as well as the postal service.
All delivery services are able to deliver to the address.
You can opt to have your items sent to you automatically (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly) or we can notify you via email when packages arrive.
Forwarding Shipments
When you are ready for a shipment, we consolidate all your purchases and documents into one shipment. Any junk mail or unwanted items can be discarded to reduce the shipping cost.
Select the delivery method for your shipment. Lightweight consignments and document only shipments can travel via the postal service or courier. Merchandise shipments can travel via courier or freight delivery services.
Obtain huge discounts on your shipping costs! We operate our own courier facilities, meaning we can usually offer much lower rates than the retailers themselves.
If you're travelling, we can store your mail for up to 14 days for free.
Other Services
Document Scanning - Save time and money by having your documents electronically scanned and emailed to you in PDF format.
Payments - Some retailers will not accept credit cards from South Africa. In these cases, we are able to place the order on your behalf directly with the merchant. There is a 5% surcharge on this service.
Sending Mail - You can send mail to us to forward on in the UK or USA. Not only can this save money, but it is ideal for items which need to arrive near a certain date, such as birthday and Christmas cards.
