Had major problems with Console Extreme.
They received my console Dec 2012 and only returned it May 2013. In between there were lots of communication from my side and not a lot from his. Any time I did get hold of him it was just excuses. On two occasions the console was "definitely" fixed and then the next week there's another problem.
I eventually got a PS3 back (not mine) and thought my worries were over. But now, 2 months later and it won't read discs anymore. Have been trying to get hold of him, no reply to any e-mails or phone calls yet since last Monday.
The best part is he couldn't fix the problem (PS3 powers down unexpectedly, red light flashes) so he sent me a replacement unit, so I lost all my saved games.
The courier company he used was Breerivier Couriers if I remember correctly.
