Hi,

I made an appointment to renew my drivers license online on https://online.natis.gov.za , problem is I cannot cancel the appointment on the website as I will not be available on the date I selected. Does anyone know how to cancel? I even tried to call the Germiston DTLC but they don't answer.

You need to go into the station you booked, on the day you booked for... and cancel then.....
