Huawei B315s-936 from Axxess

Hi guys,
I am using this router and which ever channel I change to it stays on 20mhz and the only option is auto for channel and bandwidth, is there a firmware upgrade available, I check everyday and it says version up to date. Thank you

What is your software version.

I am running 21.327.01.01.372 which I assume is the latest.

Is the router not locked from Axxess?
