Huawei E5331 as failover for ASUS DSL-N12U router

Hi.
Is there anybody that might know if it is possible to use the E5331 as a failover device on the ASUS DSL-N12U?
With my limited knowledge, I started fiddling around a bit, but in this case the mighty google is not showing me the way forward. Following is an extract from the router log.
