Thought I would share with those who would want the feature (Yes I'm aware its not supported/allowed in certain countries). I've always had the call recorder function on my phone and since the EMUI 10 update it was permanently disabled by android. Since the EMUI 10.1 update rolled out, there is now a working version again.

You can set it to manually record calls or auto record. Works perfectly on my Mate 20 Pro on EMUI 10.1.
