So whilst using the phone protector that came with the phone it fell off my knee and the screen cracked.
I posted here and was informed about the HiCare on the phone.
I completed it and stated cracked screen and battery doesn't last. (PS don't copy and paste IMEI as it need to be typed in) It states 2yr for fixing issues.
I selected today 16th March 2018 as the pickup day for TNT to collect. I received the mail confirming with packaging instructions and collection instructions for 16th 08:00 - 18:00.
At 09:15 TNT arrived as promised and collected my phone packed in bubble wrap with a copy of their instructions etc.
Using a Samsung A5, not enjoying it at all and to me the Huawei is a much better phone. When my upgrade comes in 10mths time I'll definitely consider Huawei again depending on the above etc.
I will give feedback etc here so you all can see the experience I had and hopefully this doesn't end pear shaped as things tend to do in this day and age.
