Click to expand... It isn't. It isn't recognising that it's being charged. The charger is fine. It charges all my other phones. I've also tried different chargers and different plugs. :/

Was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They replaced it with a brand new sealed unit within a week, and I received SMS updates of the progress of the repair every step of the way. Credit where it's due
