Huawei p10 lite problems

My wife has a P10 Lite and it is driving us nuts.

I cannot phone her it immediately goes over to voice mail when I dial. LOL maybe she has blocked me.

We bought our daughter a Polaroids kids watch where you can keep track of her movements. I can phone the number and it rings. When we use the P10 to phone it does not ring it goes onto voice mail.

When the P10 is being charged you cannot make nor receive calls.

Are there settings to overcome the problems? Advice will be much appreciated as I dont see anything wrong or funny settings.

What network?

Try the sim in another phone and see if the problem persists. If it does, it is something on the network side (some kind of barring etc). If it works fine in another phone, then most likely something on the Phone (some kind of blocking)

I have had my P10 Lite now for a almost a week and loving it. No issues.
 
Cell C. The problem is phone related. We put the sim in another phone and it works well. Both receiving my call and making the call to the watch.

Thanks all for the advice. The culprit is Truecaller. When I switched it off the problem was gone. Both me calling to the phone and also from the P10 to the watch.

Very confusing as both the numbers are stored as contacts.

Just grateful the problem is gone.
