Huawei P20 / P20 Plus

Interestingly enough the P20 Pro and Mate 10 Pro both use the Kirin970, but I wonder if the P20 is using a slightly more updated modem that's doing a slightly better job at maintaining throughput even in HSPA

Hence the improved lte speeds
