Huawei P20 Reset Issue

Hi there,

I came across a issue today when I tried to clear my cache partition (power button and volume button up). I then get a white blank EMUI screen and when I wait a few seconds I am prompt with only this error message and to restart my device. Otherwise my device is working 100% except for this. Anyone else experiencing this? I searched the internet and found some other articles where there is similar situations with also other Huawei phones.

i think you perhaps accidentally pushed the buttons for reset?

Wierd issue.. havent had an issue with my P20.

Are you using a custom bootloader?

I managed to fix it with the Hisuite software. Not sure what happened but it is sorted now
