Just thought I'd share some P40 Lite 5G speedtests on MTN in Centurion. Some tests were done with the Afrihost apn.

What is interesting is you can make calls with VoLTE without dropping the 5G connection.

Looks like the Mybroadband speedtest app completes too fast before getting an accurate reading. Using the mobi site is a bit better but the browser might be limiting now now sure but still a decent result. Thankfully it's zero rate because 25GB data used in a couple of tests.
