Hi Guys and Gals
Anyone have an issue with airtime being deducted from your account when you have no subscriptions on your handset?
I have recently experienced that for some odd reason my airtime is being deducted from my P8 lite because of sort of subscription that uses video?? I contacted Vodacom who is my service provider, this was confirmed by the agent that he would send me link to de-activate something to prevent my airtime being used for a subscription that I never opted for or even know about? I requested that Vodacom investigate on this, as I know and have confirmed through Google playstore and on my account that i do not have any subscriptions??
Any ideas how I can overcome this issue?
PS : I have not yet received that so called link I am waiting for from Vodacom!
