Huawei screen and battery replacement promo

Re #1
I think this is news to Vodacom or are they pretending.
Vodacom shop, Langeberg Mall, Mossel Bay is giving me the run around. First it is no, then my phone does not qualify, then I have no contract with Vodacom.
Eventually they found what I was referring to. Took the phone in. Only two days and fixed. When I picked it up again the price was R614. Told them the special was R699. Got no answer.
At home I realised they did not replace the battery.
Phoned them. No my phone - p8 lite does not qualify. Looking at what Huawei is saying on the webpage, it does. Tried to phone Huawei, cannot get past the press this or that.........
Now I see Vodacom is also running a Huawei screen, battery and screen guard for R699. Yes you guessed it, my phone is not there.
So who is bluffing who here.
Anybody care to give feedback about their Huawei screen/battery replacement.

I think @Huawei rep should assist

Has anyone actully made use of one of these type of offers from Huawei?

Ive tried to get the battery in my P20 replaced with a similar campain that is running currently, but Huawei is pretty slow to actually do the repairs. How on earth can they expect a client to book his phone in for 7 working days, just for a battery replacement.

Great campaign, horrible execution.
