Huawei - watch 2 repair ?

Hi

Does anyone know if Huawei do repairs on their smart watches, mine cracked by the strap part Dont ask me how i literally have no idea how this broke

it broke on the watch not on the strap, else i would have just replaced the strap.

Its a lovely watch and i really dont have the means to replace it so hoping it can be fixed affordably

uhm did something happen to Willie ? was in contact with him on email about my watch when all comms just stopped
i replied to him on the 16th as well but no reply, hope he's okay.

i just want to say thank you again to Willem and Hauwei for sorting out my watch, they swapped it out and i'm very happy!
Really appreciate the effort you guys went through to make sure i was sorted out

Feels good to have it back on my wrist again - feels strange without it :wtf:
