Huawei ws5200 problems with line speed

Hi I am having problems with my huawei ws5200 routers I have 2 x routers set up to create a mesh systems and from about middle November it hasn't been giving me my line speed I'm on a 50 up and down , but as soon as I put my old router back my line speed is fine my isp is cell c , I have contacted them and everything is fine on their side , I have updated both routers and still don't get my line speed even with a wired connection into my Xbox, can someone please assist me
