Huge problems on 10Mb line. CRC

phoned them twice to resync it.. so over this **** :/
 
Your noise margin is too low, ask telkom to re-sync you at a lower speed.

his already syncing at 6. would this be not an adsl2+ rooter?
 
I believe that the modem reports noise margin slightly higher than the actual noise margin as seen on Telkoms side (I may be wrong but in my case it was true). On Telkoms side, if the noise margin is 6 and below you get problems. I would suggest asking them to put you on an 8Mbps profile then check your stats and line stability. Just a thought.
 
CRC errors are caused by physical problems, hardware related. sometimes not detected on low line speeds.

Things to consider:
Another router (IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE ADSL2+)
Another cable from your phone/adsl filter to your router
Another DSL filter
Faulty Phone socket
Fault along the phone line,
Faulty tie pair at exchange
Faulty card that your port is on.

but yea, ur downstream noise is to low

I think you should ask Telkom to drop your speed to 4096/640kbps again, due to your low SNR margins at 6Mbps.
