Huge Telkom billing problem...advice?

Hi all,

so moved my line last year November,With this my line was activated mid Nov.

So i get a bill today showing me a invoice of R3028,Line transfer is R1218,previous bills which i never received a invoice for till only today of R1864 ..

oky,i phone and ask what theee hell?i give the number and she states its not under my name but someone else(previous person who probably canceled) so she says give your invoice account number,give and and she says nope thats my telkom mobile number??as well this is the first time i'm seeing this number on a invoice under my name(with wrong address as well)

They charged you to move your line? That's always been free.

Ok so 7 months later and i am receiving calls from telkom to pay my account every week.They've cut it few times which i then need to phone in and say the bill is in dispute STILL and my line needs to be active.I am at a point where the managers don't even phone back anymore,the help desk just tells me to pay rather.

Bought a new car,MFC contacted me asking why is there a big amount owing telkom?So yeah this is starting to affect me and they don't even try to fix this issue.What can i do?!
Tried to upgrade,can't cause account is in dispute and money still owing.
Tried to cancel,can't cause there's money i still owe
Tried getting LTE router,can't cause i'm in dispute still....

GATVOL!
