Human relations rant

It's my Thursday rant -everything seems to be going wrong! Ignore if you wish :)

We ALWAYS ALWAYS confirm time and venue of meetings beforehand. Duh, how else would you know when and where !! We had a tentative date set to meet someone. NO time or venue agreed. This twit then drives to the town in question early in the morning and calls us to see why we aren't there yet. So high on the dumb scale, it's just not true. He then proceeds to be pissy about the whole affair. Uggh!

I have asked 2 business associates many, many times to query certain figures (on our company's behalf) with a subcontractor, but the requests get ignored. Finally, we get a report. Half-baked, does not make sense and no clear answers provided. These business associates are shareholders. Why do they not take more of an interest in the company's affairs??? However, they knock on the door almost every month wanting advances. My auntie died, my sister's twice-removed cousin died, I need money

Some days, humans just piss me off so badly.

I guess I am negative about some of them. Do you never experience obstacles in relation to business partners/employees/associates/co-shareholders/neighbours/colleagues?

Maybe I should try posting about the ones that rock. That would be a nice change, I agree.

They're exactly that - obstacles, which are easily overcome.

And it just wouldn't be you if it wasn't a rant though - you'd have to register a new nick for that...

I was venting. I do not recall saying it cannot be overcome ... did you presume that?

Why a new nick for rants? It'd be too obvious who I am.

Rants imply frustration, which is a consequence of getting things wrong, not right. Thankfully presumption is not the mother of all fckups...:D

You're right - the bitchiness must be hard to tame...

Well a bar of soap wouldn't be a bad idea in your case...

Not aimed at you, S: I find it odd how easily women are described as bitchy, whereas some random dude who does the same, are described as 'firm', 'a no-nonsense-kinda-guy', or 'strong'.

Some men must review their vocabularies, JMO of course.
