Humans at MTN?

I have been trying to get hold of an actual living, breathing person @ MTN all morning. I took all my paper work to the Pavillion MTN on Wednesday last week and have heard nothing back re: porting or when I can come collect my phone. My Virgin Mobile connectivity ends tomorrow, am I going to be without a phone because no one works at MTN? Well, except for the computerised voice people who send you round and round in circles with prompts.

Is there anybody out there? It is feeling a lot like the Twilight Zone. Someone help!

I don't go there any more - too busy, too long a wait, too incompetent.

Someone did in fact phone me from MTN upgrades this morning, so yes, people do work there

So my next question is going to be how do i cancel this whole lot? SO annoyed! Come tomorrow I'm going to be cut off. Fantastic. And I visited MTN Gateway AND Westwood a month ago and they all said no no, port a week before we can't help you it's too early...and now nothing has been done.
