Hunting facilities for cell routers?

We have a client in and area where Telkom refuse to replace the cabling because it keeps getting stolen. They need to handle a small amount of in and outbound calls. With Telkom you can have say 4 lines and one main number which when called will hunt over the 4 lines to find a free one. Is there anyone providing a similar service on cellular?

Don't know about cellular, but saw on the vox site that they provide a hunting number with they pbx product... It works over voip, so if you have internet access there via wireless/3g this might work for you...

I haven't used it so can't really comment on it...

Thanks. Client already has an existing PBX they would like to reuse.
