Since last week Wednesday, I've been unable to keep a steady connection to the Hurlyvale (Edenvale) tower.
I used to be able to keep a solid connection for days on end, but since they did something to it, I get disconnected regularly, and can only connect if I stick the modem to the top of my screen, and then only for short periods.
Is there anybody else around on this forum using this particular tower having problems?
Also, would this be grounds for a cancellation?
