At this stage I can't seem to find reliable places that offers Hydro therapy spa baths...

Does anyone have any good reference to follow up?

Yeah but the stuff is seriously expensive. try www.houseofstyle.co.za call them on 021 506 4 500 and ask for Andy, he'll be able to help you.
My wife wanted one and spent a huge amount on a bath from Germany
