I AM GETTING A NEXUS 7!!!!!!!!

Ooooooo!!!! There is a update waiting on my Nexus 7. Just waiting for the battery to fully charge and I will update. Says it will make it even more responsive!!!! Grrrrr. :D
 
I have to say. Loving my tablet! Got my first ever kindle book and was reading all the way to 3 this morning and have been reading this entire day. The screen is really easy on the eyes and the battery is very good. Will have to charge it tonight I would say.

Love it love it LOVE IT!

ok....read up and they say you must select Google Play balance as your payment method...but on mine I still only have my credit card as a option. I am not very fussed about that. I WON A NEXUS 7...FOR MAHALLA....ZILCH...F@K-ALL. I really am not bothered about $25.00 to use in the play store. hehe
 
It is easy to get the $25 credit.
Follow this tutorial, just ignore the first step ie. doing a factory reset.
It also allows you to download all the material not available on Google Play in SA, such as magazines etc.

I got my Nexus 7 last week and followed these instructions to get my Google Play credit.
 
What problems or limitations have you encountered with the Nexus 7?
 
Would also like an update on the Nexus 7, the prices in SA seems not too bad and might be a consideration when looking at buying my next tab

mm none really. Apart from the no 3G connectivity I am very happy with it. Even the 3G is not such a big deal cause I have a little R205 portable 3G router. I am not a power user though. Mostly use it for a little light web browsing and kindle app. :-)
