I know you've all heard this before, but Telkom is useless. 
I place an order approx 3-4 weeks ago and they tell me that ports are
available. I just called the scheduling department and they tell me, no,
there aren't any ports available!!!!
What a bunch of useless idiots!
Now I have to wait till 30 Mar for them to "upgrade" the infrastructure!
Knowing Telkom, that probably means next year!
On top of that, the woman on the phone had a rude tone in her voice!
I'm truly saddened, irritated and frustrated with Telecoms in this country!
I know a guy from Australia that got fed up, because his line took 3 days to
install.... I feel so powerless to do anything!
