YES!! I am not saying whites should go back to europe or that Africa is for Africans . But as far as I know Africans are black , you european guys migrated and did what you did , its all in the past to me .
This thing should not turn into some ugly race bashing contest , so maybe try and understand my point of view .

I was born and raised in Africa and that makes me an African, if you like it or not.

What exactly is the definition of african? Egyptians are africans yet they are not black. And if they are accepted as africans then why not whites who have been here for 500 years.

Those people who want african for africans must then not complain when all africans around the world are kicked out of their countries and sent to africa.

On paper you are African . My friend Kwame stays in germany his parents went to Germany in the early 70`s , he was born and raised in Germany , on paper he is german but he is African . I am not saying this thing as an insult to any1 so no need to get hurt or anything .

i think you are missing my point .
 
before i start i'd like to state that i am white. ok so lets begin i am going to take BOth sides. 1st of all those of you who blame black people for fsckin up africa are WRONG. this is wat happened. black folk chillin happily with their own cultures and values. then europeans come over and try to force them to believe in their culture and religion and the europeans take over( dam a holes) the f up the african peoples culture.then eventually the europeans realize that this continent doesn really offer much for them. then litterally overnight the europeans decide to leave. now whos in charge? no one. so one guy eventually says ok i want a chance to lead. another guy says why should you lead. i want to lead. long story short they start a civil war and CUT PEOPLES ARMS OFF!!!!! all because the europeans wanted to own everything.thats why black people cant be blamed. they justed wanted to lead their country in the way they thought best. but then another guy did too and they fought...with knives...then guns....then fskin RPG's.

now the black man starts to get greedy. stealing food aid and also becoming violent and killing everyone. black man throws country into turmoil and groups of millitia kill everyone. so basically yeah the black man did mess up africa but it was ALSO the fskin europeans!!! anyone whos read THINGS FALL APART by CHINUA ACHEBE will know wat i mean.

but unfortunately no matter how i try to defend both parties, my post will probably be quoted and i'll branded A RACIST BOER. even though i stay in the city and no one in my family FARMS!!!

love it how every WHite south african is AUTOMATICALLY a boer which is a farmer.

with that being said i WIll shed a tear on the day that Mandela passes on. hes never shown any hatred for us whites. wish everyone could be like him

I, as a non-black, have always wondered why I'm not allowed to classify myself as African.

I'm sure if I open up a dictionary, I'd see the definition of "African" would be "one from Africa"...I fit that category, don't I?
