I cant use MIRC / SKYPE / P2P / GAMES

Is anyone else having this problem ???

Im using GISP (Ghey ISP) and they connect thru ADSL and they swear that its telkom problem...

IM in JHB area and cant connect to MIRC, play WoW, use and P2P app(nothing new) and just about anything..

BUT i can browse perfectly fine..weird, is more ppl experiencing this or is it my ISP playing games again ?

Sure your router/modem are fowarding the ports needed for the aps to ur computer? check ur firewall to make sure the ports are open etc...

Unfortunately they all are as they have been always...

its definately Telkom / or WISP, knowing them they probably didnt pay their bill or their ADSL lines they run the ISP off's caps have popped, either way, they are blaming it on Telkom, as much as i hate telkom, they are not as incompetent as my ISP is, so i guess ive answered this one on my own

Change ur ISP... i've neva heard of ur isp rather go for a well known one that is trusted by the masses... just search around the forum u'll find some answers...
