I get content charge when I have a data bundle

I get 500mb on my MTN iphone contract and my data always gets carried over to the next month, so its not a question of running out of data bundles.

Lately I'm getting content charge on my bill.:wtf:

Is this because of using personal hotspot on my iphone?
 
No idea what it is, because I also have a content charge on my bill this month, even though I haven't subscribed to any services. I don't even have data bundles loaded on my contract (using Afrihost).

content charge is for stuff like ringtones and wallpapers and fart sounds and all that other crap ETV has ads for. Somehow you were subscribed, unsubscribe as above.

Definitely not with my consent. MTN could at least have sent me a text message to tell me that I'm subscribed before merrily adding charges to my account.

if you go via 808, you will get details of the WASP concerned and MTN can send you email confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
