I got my BTG from altcointrader. Trading of it is not available yet. I suppose this will happen after Nov 1.

Anybody knows what the initial value of the coins are? The countdown timer at btcgpu has 1 min remaining.

If u had ur btc in ur own wallet with personal key..u can stil claim... but dont ask me how. But that was the way with cash...

Bitcoin Gold isn't released yet - and it can't be claimed yet. The "fork" that happened yesterday was just the snapshot of the public ledger being taken, from which BTG will continue once it rolls out.

The BTG you see on some small exchanges is BTG futures and not the actual coin.
